Good Design Awards has honored us with not one, not two, but four awards. We are honored to be awarded for our hard work and dedication. We focus on pushing what innovative product design is and how it can affect all that interact with it.

All four furniture designs are created in partnership with contract furniture manufacturer KFI Studios. KFI continues to support our design visions as they grow their product offering.

The designs are all targeted to the contract furniture design market where they will be specified by architects and interior designers. The Jade chair is a lite task chair for the office or work from home markets. Its design is driven by the desire to create a task chair that feels soft and approachable. We achieved this with not only soft forms but cladding the chair in recycled PET felt. The Avalon chaise lounge is innovative through its use of 3D knit textiles. The knit accentuate the two part design that packs flat for efficient shipping. The Juna Outdoor Collection is a fun collection of pieces that allows interior designers to bring the same level of design flexibility they have indoors to outdoor spaces. And lastly, Willow which is a deceptively simple plywood table. Designed to be pulled up close to you for laptop or general use, Willow is simple and understated.

Founded in Chicago in 1950 by the former MoMA curator Edgar Kaufmann, Jr., together with pioneers in modern design such as Charles and Ray Eames, Russel Wright, George Nelson, and Eero Saarinen, Good Design honors the yearly achievements of the best industrial designers for their pursuit of extraordinary design excellence. The Chicago Athenaeum’s program forwards the ideals of a design process that embodies product excellence and endurance and strong public identity.

We are humbled to be considered by the museum for having achieved what they consider “quality design of the highest form, function, and aesthetics a standard beyond ordinary consumer products and graphics.”
